TEC Continues To Support Members Amid Pandemic
April 2, 2020
In an email sent to all TEC members, Mike Williams, TEC president and CEO, assured co-op leaders in Texas that the association is committed to providing the same level of service that members have come to expect, all while keeping employees and members safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.
TEC has enhanced its information technology capabilities to support a larger remote workforce and is taking additional steps to ensure that it can respond promptly to member requests via mail, email and phone.
The association is continually monitoring its supply chain to ensure materials are available to members without interruption. “Rest assured, our goal is to always have a diversity of suppliers to ensure that our flow of equipment and supplies to our members is uninterrupted regardless of the circumstances,” Williams wrote.
