TEC Stands Watch on Safety
November 10, 2016
Safety isn’t seasonal. Therefore, Texas Electric Cooperatives’ safety newsletter, Safety Season, is transforming into Safety Watch in February 2017 to coincide with more frequent releases.
“Safety is the mantra at co-ops and in TEC’s Loss Control program,” said Tom Widlowski, Safety Watch editor. “The newsletter unites these communities around this mantra with timely information and important reminders.”
The electronic communiqué will come out bimonthly instead of seasonally and continue to offer content that informs readers of safety news, tips, and a calendar featuring Loss Control meetings, schools and conferences.
“In addition, the newsletter will address safety issues, spotlight extraordinary efforts at co-ops and note when longtime members of this close-knit community retire,” Widlowski said.
