TEC To Award $1,200 Loss Control Scholarships
April 26, 2021
Forty-three students are getting $1,200 in help each from TEC’s Loss Control program this year. Events held at the annual TEC Loss Control Conference fund the awards, which are available for high school seniors who are children of cooperative, electric municipal or contractor employees who participate in the association’s Loss Control services, such as organizational safety meetings, schools or the conference.
Over the past five years, $276,200 in scholarship funds have gone to 290 students. Applications for 2022 scholarships will open in the fall.
