Texas Recognized for Political Action

Eric Craven, TEC senior vice president of government relations and legal affairs accepted an award that recognizes Texas’ 2013 ACRE membership from NRECA Board President Curtis Nolan during the March NRECA Annual Meeting in Nashville, Tenn.
Texas’ 2,463 Action Committee for Rural Electrification members was the nation’s third highest, while the state led the U.S. with 444 Century Club members. Texas also has about 1,000 members of Rural Friends, the state PAC for electric cooperatives.
