Training Revisits Co-op Purpose
June 5, 2017
Texas Electric Cooperatives introduced a self-guided training module, Cooperative Purpose 101, with video accompaniment, at the Human Resources Conference in May.
Inspiration for the module came from the half-day workshop on cooperative purpose that TEC developed and has offered over the past several years. The adapted training materials include a 12-page workbook and 26-minute video that participants can move through at their own pace, stopping and starting as needed. Co-ops also can customize portions of the workbook to include local co-op information.
